Your Avatar

So I'm curious what is behind your avatar pic here on GUG? What made you choose the one you did? Has your avatar evolved over time? Here is the revolution of my old avatars.

My first was my real pic. I used that then once I became paranoid and removed it. Haha most of you know what I look like now anyways so no biggie

Second avatar was a quick made replacement. It was badddddddd I know. My kids thought it looked like a mermaid with huge lips. This one didn't last long at all.

Then I was pretty much running out of ideas so I asked for ideas on gug. I was told use "Lois" from Family guy as your avatar. So I did and I had this one for  a long time.

Then I finally decided I needed a change. My graphics have gotten better so I made this one up. Kinda like mom can see all type of saying. So I love my avatar and its here to stay. I think I changed it to this one around March of this year.

So what is the story behind your avatar?

 My photo is not of me,... but I LOVE to snowboard so that's why!

my avatars have mostly been snow white with the apple.

here is my current one...

it is in this shopping center in chinatown...near my favorite dim-sum place. it is a framed signed copy...and i've always drooled over it...

and here's one i found recently that is gonna be next...

i like the idea that she is about to fall asleep...waiting for her true love to kiss her.

it's also a little more sinister than that, being that the apple kind of represents an evil force at work, but we all know that love wins in the end there.

i also like the (for lack of a better word) lustful connotation the apple represents...from the whole adam & eve thing.

that the desire is so strong, you would forego anything to have...ummm....some.

second was the "chicken of the sea" mermaid & logo. fits - "Tuna."

third & current is me in my favorite GUG shirt, and i'm sitting in my pool because i'm hot. does that count?

A friend of mine breathes fire and does other assorted circus side show kind of stuff. Well he was dating my wife's roommate.  He was going to go practice and asked if we wanted to learn. My wife had already done it but I had not so I jumped at the chance. My wife took a few pics as I learned. Breathing fire is awesome. I put in a bigger version because the smaller avatar always bugged me. So in all it's glory. Behold.
