Can you block certain friends from seeing certain wall posts on facebook?

if i have two people on my friends list that are enemies is there a way to keep them from knowing that they r both my friends?

maybe you are a psycho who has way too much time on her hands and spend too much time on a social networking site stalking her boyfriend. get a life, go outside, enjoy life. stop living in a virtual world and stressing yourself out over how many pictures are on somebody's facebook and getting worked up that there is no new ones. you are not in the cia and your making your life way harder than it should be. or how about this.. trust

Maybe he's deleting them after she posts them... tho that would probably get him in trouble with her... but still possible.

If her name is tagged in some of the pics, she can set her settings to block you (or other certain people) from viewing tagged pictures of herself. So all she has to do, is post her pics, tag them with her name (or he could tag them with her name) and then she can go in and block you or whoever she wants to block from viewing them..

Go to: Profile settings, then privacy settings, click on who can see "photos tagged of you".
Then click on "custom", then click on "edit custom settings". There you will see where you can put in anyone's name that you do not want seeing that tagged photo. All this girl has to do is put your name in there and then you can't see them. ( Ask him for his password for Facebook and sign in under his name. You'll be able to see everything. If he has nothing to hide, he shouldn't have a problem with this. Tell him it's for your peace of mind. If he refuses, you need to move on.

The discrepancy in pictures is because he was tagged in some pictures, either by himself or someone else, in an album that has restriced privacy settings. For example, if a friend of his has the settings to "only friends" while his picture count will show the actual total he is tagged in, when you click through to view the actual pictures the number on top of THAT page is only the pictures you are allowed to see.

As for the ex, well, I dated someone who took me on and off of his friends list constantly...a very maipulative and sneaky tactic. It may not be the girl at all, it could be him. OR they could actually be friending and defriending each other back and forth and changing album privacy settings. Childish, yes..but I've had it happen to me first hand.

Re: her being on and off his friend's list, it could be that she's been activating and deactivating her profile. (Some people do that for some reason). When a person deactivates his/her profile, comments made by the individual usually disappear (and reappear later, when the person reactivates the profile)

 

These photos - the number under the picture - usually seem to be tagged photos as far as I know.
