Supposedly it's just a compilation of the previous updates, with over 1000 fixes as well as some new "functionalities". Just be warned--if you ever want to uninstall IE 7 or IE 8 Beta, you should not install SP3 because once SP3 is installed, you cannot uninstall IE7 or IE8 Beta. There are other release notes at Microsoft.
I actually don't have any XP systems anymore. . .well, except for work and the one PC my husband and I don't use anymore because it's just super slow. Did anyone install this yet? I'm installing it on a virtual machine, and I'm interested to know what kind of new "functionalities" SP3 has.
