this really kinda upset me. i blame the parents mostly. i can see if the driver had to do a check for something dangerous or a differnt kind of liability left in his cab but a child? no one is investigating the parents for neglect? its beyond me. ive heard of worse consequences for pet owners who leave a pet in the car.

I blame the child. They should have gotten out of the car when the parents did. The kid was probably playing on a DSi or something instead of paying attention. You can't blame the parents. They were probably making a very important call on the cell phone at the time. I mean you have to prioritize here.

I don't want to die without any scars.

And yah...i 100% blame the parents. Its their KID. WTF would anyone BUT the parents be blamed. Geezuz. Sterilization<--I vote for it!
