What am I looking for in a headline when I VIEW SOURCE?

What am I looking for in a headline when I VIEW SOURCE?

I FOUND THIS BUT MY QUESTION IS BELOW IN ALL CAPS. : )

e: What trackers are used?

Right click on the profile and choose view source from the gray window that pops up, and then a notepad document will pop up showing all the codes from the page.

Look through it to find a tracker in it, you will most likely see the name of a tracker if one is on the profile. It takes patience to read the notepad document completely.
If it is a private profile, then the tracker is usually placed in the headline of the profile, so in view source it would show the name of a tracker in that headlin

I UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO THIS I JUST DO NOT KNOW WHAT & WHERE I AM SUPPOSED TO BE LOOKING FOR. THE PERSON'S PROFILE IS PRIVATE

1. THIS MEANS THAT THE ONLY TRACKER THEY CAN HAVE TO TRACK OUTSIDE VISITORS WOULD BE IN THEIR HEADLINE RIGHT?

2. I CLICKED ON VIEW SOURCE AND A LOT OF STUFF CAME UP. I DO NOT MIND READING IT BUT WHAT & WHERE SHOULD I LOOK FOR?

THANKS ALOT!

If you're looking for the "headline" to find the name of the tracker... I believe the "headline" they are referring to is the little quote next to your main picutre.. the editable one right above your last log in info etc.

You are gonna look for a piece of code that looks like:

<a id="ctl00_Main_ctl00_UserBasicInformation1_hlDefaultImage" href="http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewAlbums&amp;friendID=XXXXX"><img src="http://a177.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/7/m_MAINPROFILEPIC.jpg" style="border-width:0px;" /></a>
    <td>
    <td width="15" height="75" bgcolor="#ffffff" class="text"><img src="http://x.myspace.com/images/clear.gif" width="15" height="8" border="0"
    alt=""></td>
    </td>
    <td class="text" width="193" bgcolor="#ffffff" height="75" align="left">"HEADLINE IS FOUND HERE"<br>

I left in the lines before and after the actual headline code just to help you find it easier.

But I say the easiest thing to do is Download a tracker blocker. I personally use the Firefox one.
