seriously, whats the point of music television, thats nothing but reality TV and other pointless shows. I wish it actually played some music like it used to- those were the days, eh?

I know! I hoped years ago when they first made MTV2 that it would be for videos 24/7 but that didn't last long. Now the only time I can see videos is very late at night. Same thing for VH1. Some days - especially lately since I screwed up my back I'm at home most of the time - I really want to kick back and watch videos during the day.

 Hah, i used to love watching Aeon Flux on mtv, late at night. Never really loved bevis and butthead- though they were amusing at times! Remember when the really naughty episodes of Ren & Stimpy would air on MTv? My dad and i used to watch it and change it real fast if my mom walked in, haha!

I loved Aeon Flux when I was little... even have them all on DVD... I think I was in 4th or 5th grade when it came on...

Hated B&B....

loved Daria though... have all those too! Smile

I stopped watching Mtv a long time ago... when you had to order Mtv2 just to see music on your music television... I thought that was dumb... why can't mtv have music and mtv2 be all the stupid crap??

i had a bf who brought me to see the b&b movie for a date. needless to say we didnt last but he did buy me popcorn and a drink!

i agree about the mtv2. ha!

ah yes i remember the good ol' days of mtv fondly...awesome music, all the time...little by little it was less music till now there's none at all.  i stopped watching mtv a long while ago.  i couldn't deal with the ridiculous concepts/some of the people they found to center reality shows around.  not to mention just a channel full of reality shows is enough to keep me from tuning in.
