Ok, if I dont have a myspace profile or I don't log into my myspace profile will I still be able to be tracked??

sites like profile snitch can still snatch your ip address, if you are registered with profile snitch i think it will still tell the tracker your profile even if your not logged in because of your IP address

Yes you will be tracked. Now some trackers may have a harder time figuring out who you are (like matching your IP up to your profile) but they WILL most defiantly track you. If you dont want to be tracked then you need to block trackers - easy to do:
