I think someone has got my password to access my Outlook email account from work through the web. Is there anyway to see the IP or trace somehow who has done this? Thanks,

There is no way they could access your Outlook unless they have physical access to your computer. Everything is stored on your hard drive with that program.
It is possible through the Web Outlook Access. That way it is possible to access it anytime anywhere. Cheers
