Apparently there are ways to get around being traced by it. My page views
and number of people showing on page loads at T.I.P. does not mesh.

tracemyip.org has been down for 4 hours and I am loosing patience...anyone know a phone number I can call...I just can't believe I've lost the IP of a harasser because their site was down.....this is ridiculous!

How about this one? http://www.woopra.com/ I read through the trackers on the block list, but I have to admit things started becoming one big blur after 100 or so LOL. Does that look like one that needs to go on the list?

Haha. A tip for the next time you search through a long list or any large amount of text: use control+f (or Edit->Find). It can save a lot of time.
As far as i can tell the woopra.com tracker is too sophisticated to put on myspace. But if you want to block non-myspace trackers too go to this page: http://easylist.adblockplus.org/ and add the "EasyPrivacy" subscription. They already have woopra on their list.

Do you mean it tracks your ip when you are actually on their site? I noticed that too. I think the only way to visit their site and not have them trace your ip is to use an ip proxy site like hidemyprivacy.com. Hopefully, adblock plus is blocking it when you visit a myspace profile that contains this tracker.

Yeah, adblock doesn't block files that you request directly via the url. When you visit the tracemyip.org page, you request the main page html file directly and that's enough for them to get your ip. But on myspace it's blocked as long as you don't try to load their tracker image directly from the address bar. If you don't understand what i just explained that's ok, just know that you don't have to worry.

just checked it out. prices range from Level 1: "free," on up to Level 5: $29.95 per month. this site would really have to provide some relatively accurate information for me to pay their level 5 fee.
