Subscription notifications have been deactivated

While working through our email issues we found that we really did not have any email issues at all! What we discovered is that several email companies had 'blacklisted' us as "Spammers".. After more investigation, we *think* this was due to complaints about the automatic forum-update subscription notices, or people receiving these subscription notices and marking them as 'spam' in their email. - (this even though the forum subscription notification is opt-in, and you have to turn in on to get the notifications!).

At any rate, to expedite getting off the 'junk' list of one very large email provider we agreed to deactivate this feature.

If you find this a valuable feature, please make a post here. If enough members crave the forum-update subscription notices we may reactivate it (with a few changes).
