New Super Mario Brothers on Nintendo DS
I've ran through the game twice, and I've noticed that I haven't been able to get into World 4 or World 6 |

Do I get to those levels using the cannons? How do I get to those canons?
Anything special happen when you collect all the Coins in all the boards?
Those big coins where you have to collect all three in every board.
Not that I know of. I haven't collected all of the coins yet, though. Maybe it changes the enemies (similar to Super Mario World) to silly things? It's all up in the air. I haven't tried looking it up online yet.
I'm just trying to get all of them so that I can buy things if needed.
We just saved the Princess today!

I had to re-do mine because my 3-year old nephew was playing on my DS and he erased my files 
In a way, I was kinda glad that I got the "second chance" of playing everything again, but it took quite a while!
Never mind, my son just beat it.
I'll have to look into the ghost house cheat.
I've been trying to beat the castle as mini mario and I can't for the life of me. My son has been watching me squirm as I try and try to fail miserably. Am I missing something? Turning mario mini in itself is a challenge as I have to find a world where I can find a mini blue mushroom than beat it again, than go into the castle and survive the whole thing until the Evil Bowser beats me. This is killing me.
I'm going to freak out when my 6 year old turns around and tells me he beat it. He can play and passes the boards but doesn't care much about collecting all the coins.
Super Mario 64 DS was much easier than this I'll tell ya that much.
The castle in level 2? Yeah, it was kinda hard to beat. It actually took me a few lives to finally get it. As for trying to beat castle 5, I didn't even bother. I just used the cheat in the Ghost house to get to World 7 (which is a pretty world, might I add

Oh My God. You have no idea how long I've been trying to figure this out, for my son of course
We are up to world 6. I Love it, it reminds me so much of the old Super Mario I remember playing on the older Nintendo console. We just beat, Super Mario 64 DS and I enjoyed that one as well. I can't wait to tell my son how to get into world 4, he's going to be excited. Kudos 2 Purple Onyx & Hot2na!

I haven't even been able to beat Super Mario 64 DS yet! But then again, I didn't try it as much. I agree--this is definitely more old-school!
Is the New Super Mario Brothers any fun? I haven't been gaming for long so even the old school names are new to me.

I'm still using emulators on my computer,for goodness sakes! I love New Super Mario Brothers. It's been a lot of fun! It's fairly easy to beat the game. . .might take awhile to get to Levels 4 and 7, though.

To follow up, I looked up the cheat online, and it says that to get to World 4, you need to beat the castle in World 2 as Mini Mario--to get to world 7, you need to beat the castle in World 5 as Mini Mario.
Also found out how to play as Luigi
