Does anyone have any good recipes for slow cooking ribs?

Slow cooking ribs
Here's a pic of some ribs I'm getting ready to make again. Pretty easy to do for me. I just use my favorite barbecue sauce, but I'd like to try making it sometime. You can even grill these first (country style ribs or regular pork ribs), if you don't have a smoker, then put them in a pressure cooker for a few minutes or you can crock pot them, so they still have the grilled flavor in them. You can find this recipe here
Hope its okay to post this pic here. If not, I'll get rid of it.
If I was standing on a fish, I'd slip and fall......

- Cover, and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours, or until ribs are tender
I tried ribs once - just dumped in a bunch of BBQ sauce and ribs.
I found that the ribs were falling off the bone (very good) but never the less falling off the bone. It made it hard to eat so I decided to stick to the grill with ribs.
