For a while now I have been getting a script error from Internet Explorer. I haven't really paid it any attention until yesterday. I tried to do a search from yahoo and wasn't abled to click the on the link in the brower because of this script error message that keeps poping up.

Any idea what I can do?

Re: Script error?

Well, let me clear it up.

I use my At&T Yahoo browser but the scrpit that always comes up is from IE. Which is why I wanted to try and delete it. I don't really want to use another browser (Firefox) so I just wanted to know what I can do to stop this script error from poping up?

Re: Script error?

you do not need to uninstall IE. i would just leave it as a back up browser. and "no," Firefox will not suck up all of your memory. let me research the script error. brb.

Re: Script error?

The error comes up as syntax error. But the thing is, it doesn't come up on every site that I visit. Just on certain websites and what not.

I have another question about Firefox, I wanted to uninstall IE but it was that some of my programs would no longer work. Is it safe to sill doo it? And will Firefox take up too much space on my comp?

Re: Internet Explorer Script error?

I dont think you can uninstall IE..

and, Firefox will not take up much room on your computer - it's pretty slim..

Re: Script error?

first off, can you provide the script error details, then perhaps we can get it resolved for you?

secondly, you can eliminate such errors by switching to Firefox.
