Just a FYI if you have profiletracker you might not be tracking 100% - I know I'm not There is a note on there site: ATTENTION: Due to a server transition, you may be missing logs or forum posts from after March 20th. This is normal and unfortunately those logs cannot be retrieved, and it may be a few days before your tracker is working 100% due to this server change. I had a question about some tracks i received, and unfortunately, no one seems to know the answer at profiletracker.us thus far. Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; hc; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727) all i can really find when i google hc is that it looks like it is some sort of "get" function, a scraper? something to do with asp.net coding? not sure Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; InfoPath.1) now i know infopath is part of the office suite, but what i want to know is why is it pertinent to the track? i have installed it (out of curiousity) and had someone hit my profile who also had it installed, to test, and it doesn't show up in our tracks. so i guess my question is why is it showing up in the above track (i have multiple from this individual and it was always there), and then with others, not at all? i'd really like to know what the program does, is it kind of like frontpage? how would it be used in relation to myspace, or be on one persons track and not another? because once i asked this person whose track it is about infopath, they were kind of hesitant to answer the question....hmmm.... and now i see it's removed, and most of the time does not show up in their tracks anymore, like they want to hide it. he is a very skilled adversary to say the least! so now, i see tracks with very similar software and other variables that aren't posted, except i see hc instead of infopath...i hate him. i'm 99% sure it's the same person, but without really knowing the functionality of either software, i couldn't really say. ok, that was long winded. thanks for any help.... I just got this, and I was curious because some people say it can give you email addresses if someone has "remember me" selected....but I don't see that. My profile gets hundreds of visits a day, and it's set to 18 and over so only logged in members can see it...but I see not a single email address. How long ago did you sign up for profiletracker? And do you know specifically which code you have on your profile? There are a LOT of reasons why you arent getting emails, and/or the link tracker isnt working. Basically for newer members, profiletracker is nothing more than a glorified IP tracker that you get charged for, hence the reason most people dont get emails or accurate tracking any more. I just signed up some days ago. Specifically, I have code 3a/3b/3e on my profile in my Interests section...the optional code, IP Tracker, and the link tracker. From what I can tell, all I have is the IP tracker...I see no emails, and nothing regarding link visits...I'm actually not even sure what that is supposed to be.

If you signed up "days ago" (not a year ago) then you cannot currently see any emails, nor will the link tracker work. I believe Terikan has something called an IP Tracker Manual (or something to that effect) on his website that should give you a better idea of what the profiletracker will actually do. Unfortunately, it just doesnt work as well as it used to, and a lot of features are not available to newer subscribers. I know that trackspace replaced there servers last year (like around June or July I think). They have always had issues but yes I agree they are a great tracker and hey their FREE. They generally pop back up working so give it a chance, like I say they tend to have alot of issues. This is why it's always good to have a couple different trackers on your profile - back ups.
