I am still all confused people are to answer me and no one does... I tried to read as it is already answered on here... and nothing seems to work.... PLEASE help... I added the layout into the about me... it works... which it does not appear in my private page... so then I remove it and when I go into that edit profile-profile editor... when i add it it does not give me the background... I have to choose a code from the ones they have on the list.. or it lets me add a photo from my albums on my space...I really want to get this... IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP

OK instead of pasting it all in here I gave it its own thread. I figured since it was so long with pictures (I'm a visual person what can I say) it needed its own thread.

I tried it... but it is not letting me use a layout code... just gives me options from my album (pictures) I will appreciate it....

Sorry its been a long day and I'm playing catch up for what I missed.....
Well I looked at the one profile you have listed and there is a pic on the background is that the one you want (that background) or another one. See here is the thing what ever you pick that will also be your picture in the background of that profile.
The one I posted above is a friend of mine and I did that for her. You need to look on your layout code you posted for the .jpeg image in the background and add that in the profile edit.
If you cant find the picture you can either change your profile to public or hit me up for a friend request and I'll point you to the background image you added. My myspace is: myspace.com/smartmomdebbie

Ok got it - this is your background image:

You need to go onto myspace profile editor and add that as your background. Make sure you change the background color to NONE.
I saw that myspace changed there way of using there profile editor so if you cant get it to work let me know and I'll go on and play with it. I would do it now but darn kids want to eat dinner - LOL. So play and see if you can get this as your background if not give me a few hours and I'll check back and play some.
I'll check back. I figured I would post the answers here so that others wanting to know will be able to see how to do it too.

NO do not remove your layout from your about me.
Do me this favor though. Open a word file or note pad and copy all your codes to that. So if there is a problem and it doesnt work out you can simply copy and paste them back into your profile with ease. Better safe than sorry.
Like I said in a PM myspace has changed around the way the profile editor is from when I did it so it maybe totally different now. I'll play with it in a few hours but for now back up your profile so you can fix any errors.

If you used the editor on MySpace itself, go back to it, and click the "CLEAR ALL" button. You might have to do it several times. Once you do that, see if the new layout shows up.
