For any of you who want impressive, tastey food that looks hard to make potato corn is the food for you. Making it is simple, You will need:
2 cans of Cream Corn
1 Pack of Flavored Instant Potato's (I like butter & herb or 4 cheese blend)
1 Cup Of Water
3/4 Cup of Milk (I generally use skim)
Seasonings to your taste (I like a little salt, some 17 seasoning salt free stuff by McCormicks and alot of pepper)
In a large pot turn the heat to medium high and pour in one can of corn, milk and water.
When it is about at boiling pour in the instant potatoes and stir constantly for 1 minute or until very thick.
Add the other can of corn and seasonings.
Stir for one minute and then add seasonings and turn heat to medium low/low depending on your oven 
Cover and let sit about 2 mins and then stir and your done
You can let it sit on low for a little longer if you like it thicker but it also thickens up as it sets.
Makes enough for 5 good sized servings
