  • Create new topics/threads when appropriate. New topics/threads are for posing new questions or creating new topics of discussion. If you do not have permission to create new topics, see THIS PAGE to fix it.
New Topic
  • REPLY to/comment on topics when appropriate. Reply/post comments to further an existing topic/thread or ask questions on an existing topic. You can find the reply link at the bottom of the page.
Reply to post

When replying to a specific reply made by another member, click the REPLY link on that particular comment. You can also click the QUOTE link to reply on that comment and include what that member posted as a 'quote'

  • Search the site before you post - Your question might have already been answered..Several times.. (the search function is at the upper-right of every page)
  • Post new topics/threads in the proper section. If you can't find an exact match or place to make your post, put it in the "Wide Open Forum". If you are a member of the Premium Forums be sure that you create your topic in the appropriate area, which may not be in the "restricted" forums.
  • Use a descriptive Subject when creating new topics/threads. A topic with the subject of "Can't connect wireless network" will draw much more help/attention than a subject of "helllp!!"
  • Be patient! - After you press the SUBMIT button, give the site a few seconds to catch-up. During busy times it could take several seconds before your comment or new topic goes thru. Banging on the submit button only slows things down more, then creates extra work for our over-worked and underpaid moderators to clean up all the duplicate posts.
