I just watched one where the category was American Idol, and anyone who read my couple of posts in the American Idol threads can guess I didn't know a single one of those questions. But I guess that's why they have teams...
The team "Truffle Shuffle" has a guy in it who lives in the same town I do, Dominick Munzio. I've met him a couple times down at the pub I like. One of his friends and fellow comedians I know posted that they are gonna have viewing parties at the cigar bar to watch the guy... might be fun.
Anyways, it's an amusing show in the vein of Jeopardy, but less pretentious.

I'm not getting nearly as many tonight... I guess I've gotten dumber since yesterday.
The Misses watches it so that means I watch it too. I get about one third of the answers right. She gets about two thirds right. There was a team from Louisville, KY (my town) there in the first round but I think they got sent home. Stupid pop culture. (Said in the voice of Homer Simpson)

I've only seen a few from the last season, and then the one last night. But I think I like it. I like how it's smart, but kinda "stupid"-smart, if ya know I mean. I retain a lot of stupid knowledge. I think I will end up drawing a blank on half the categories tho...
And even tho I poked fun at Jeopardy, I also can appreciate "smart"-smart. But I don't think I've seen Jeopadry in years, since that one guy had like 75 wins or whatever.
