online status
soooo i've got my account set to hide online status but over the past week or so it will periodically show me as online. is anyone else having this problem? any solutions? i've gone back into account settings, double checked and hit save just to be sure but it keeps happening... |

yeah, they have been changing stuff around...i keep hoping it means someone will be able to find a way to view private blogs! i'm like a dog with a bone! hahaha.

I've noticed that this always happens to me while Myspace is upgrading. Things have been changing periodically over the last couple of weeks and I saw that my online status was showing as well. I'm sure just as people up above said "it's a glitch." It'll go back to normal soon enough.

If it always happens while MySpace is upgrading, then they seem to upgrade a lot because it happens really often to me!! The last time last night, and now I've finally had it.
Does anyone happen to know a code to hide the online status?
If yes, I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd post it!
I was actually in here right now looking for that same question/answer. It is doing it to me too right now because one of my friends commented on the fact that i am not hiding.lol So i do agree i tihink it is a glitch also though there sue to be a code that supposedly you could make a person appear online even if they are not, but I don't think it ever worked. Well not for me anyways! lol
When this happens I usally do the same as you with clicking it again and saving it then logging out and logging back in. It usually takes care of the problem. It think it's just a glitch though.
