last seen 11 weeks 5 days agoAny one play at all. I know it's an OLD game, but in my opinion one of the best, and definately the best of the Sim games. The origional Sim City was Great, but 2000 put in just the right amount of spin on the game without going crazy. If there were other people that played (or still play, like silly little me), we chould show of cities or stuff.... Other wise, What older games does every one still play? I like to break out the old games every now and then....

Great game. Definitiely.
Was first introduced to "Sim" type games via SIM ANT (If I remember right) and then Sim City and from there collected the Sim City and "The Sims" games. (till the Sims went overboard).
Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a laptop at the moment and can't load too many things on it (school itself takes up too many programs on my poor computer) so Sim City isn't gonna make the cut.
But yeh, 2000 was perfect. Didn't go overboard, but was definitely a great upgrade.
and... show off cities? .. dork. lol.. j/k.

Break out is prolly my favorite. lol.

Really? Thanks for the tip, I will have to check it out. I just have one off limewire, but my computer is now sick cause of it, lol.

I still play Sim City 2000 once in a while, I also play Civilization 2, the original Jedi Knight, Alpha Centauri and X-Com: Apocalypse to name but a few PC titles and list of old console classics I drag on goes on and on forever.
Do old console games count?
If they do, then mario cart hands down.
For PC; nothing can beat the ol' rollercoaster tycoon.
I JUST bought an old Super Nintendo for the wife. She loves that game. I got myself an old Nintendo ^$ (for Goldeneye, and Mario64). Old console games count. They are a blast. It's hard to believe those games that came out 20,30 or some almost 40 years ago (like the old Atari games) are so good.

I haven't played that game in so long! But i agree it is one of the best games!
