New Myspace (Profile 2.0) FYI

I have change over to the new 2.0 profile on myspace and I have three pictures in the basic information section that I don't want there, can I remove them, or place them some place else? Please help!!

I tried it then panicked because I could'nt figure out how to revert back or if I was still even on version 2.0! Thank fully I found the 'go back' button before I actually had a panic attack

I did it...  works okay.  But anyone that's using it and has headline trackers needs to make sure that under Basic Information shown here.

make sure where it says "show," you choose headline, not status/mood.  because then you won't be able to track.

Again, I already tried it with my fakey. The only reason why it's driving me mad/bonkers is the fact that my boyfriend would most likely use it to hide his friends and comments. He already did it with the old version and thank God we have a code and there's the always helpful "no page style" button available.

Still dont know why he hides his friends though.

So Can You Use A Code To Make Your Own LayOut???? That's pretty much the only thing I'm bummed about, I'm going back to 1.0 until they fix that, but if there is a way to have your own other than the premade themes, let me know.

I tried it and didn't really like it. Maybe because it's different. Now that I know how to easily switch back to 1.0, I may fool around with it more.

Can anyone tell me how to revert back to 1.0? I don't seem to have a button or anything even remotely disguising itself as a "go-back-to-the-way-things-were" link! I am not dumb, just blind apparently! Thanks!

I tried it, I kinda like it. The bar on the top is ridiculous, good thing it resizes all your pics.

I thought this sucked! I tried it for like 5 minutes and realized not that many people are going to switch over to that.. not yet anyway.. plus.. anyone else think the new body looks ugly? Like the long bar at the top.. with your name and add and all that on top? Thats ugly.. I thought this would help you know, like if you have a private profile and want to make your song list public... Thats what i want!!  Anyone else know how to do that without trying to jam it into a headline or status? haha

Am I the only one who's first thought was 'No Page Style' is no longer going to work now?

Now if they hide their comments and friends... you don't get to see them... period...

Check this out, a friend of a friend on MySpace who keeps her space private is online right now. I viewed her profile & I can see almost everything, her about me section, details, interests, blog titles, comments, everything that is usually visible on a public profile, but when I click on photos, any of the blogs, & her friends I get the "This profile is private" message. It is very clear that she is editing her profile using the new feature, but has she gone public & made only those key features private, or if you have a private profile & use the new feature does it make everything visible? I tried to look her up with HITS to see if it would say whether she was private or not. It says public but the page is all screwed up & can't gather any info. So?

  I checked it out, tried to play around w/ it a bit but am limited on time and PATIENCE, LOL.. so I went back to 1.0..  To complicated for at this moment and it does make all of the codes, if you have any, useless!!  But, one thing I failed to look into was the "advanced privacy" settings, might go back to see what that intales so until then, I look forward to reading about other's experiences:o)
