need HELP saving file!!!

okay there's a program on ancestry.com that lets you call someone and when you call them on your phone it records your conversation on the website and you can have the maximum time for up to 12 minutes

the problem is i want to save this phone call but ancestry.com doesn't have the download link available

you can send it to someone but they will get a link to the website

anyway i need to save this file to my computer & save it on a disc!!! i know that ancestry.com has to have a music file that loads when i go on the link but they dont give the option of downloading it!!! please anybody any suggestions of how i can download this onto my computer?!!!

I cant find anything on their website about this message-saving thing.. maybe it's reserved for members.
