last seen 44 weeks 5 days agoFor being such a popular social networking site, MySpace sure has enough troubles with their damn servers. While I think MySpace has so many more features and is a more enjoyable social networking site, the less-popular Facebook site is run so much better with fewer errors.
Lately, I've been having an issue where I often have to login up to 6 times just to view a friend's profile. I'll login, try to go to my friend's page, and it'll say Private, so I'll hit HOME and it'll kick me back to the Login page. I've had it to this to me 6 times in a row at times. Usually, it does it to me 2 or 3, but this is rediculous.
Now I'm having a problem where the Friend's server isn't working. I try to view my Friend's List, I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error. MySpace clearly has enough support and should have enough money coming in from this. Why are their servers such trash?
it all comes down to the code on myspace really there limited by what they can do
face book is a very nice setup
but myspace is riddled with errors cus they don't really have the ability to change there code
I think they do it just so they can show more ads. So often I'll log in, be taken to the ad, then be logged out. Sometimes even twice...
Have you tried clicking on "skip this advertisement" when you first log in? I've never been logged out because of this. Maybe I'm lucky.
I for one can sympathize with becoming popular faster than your server growth can handle! however, if i had hundreds of milllions of $$ i would probably do a bit better..
