Myspace IM songs

Anyone know offhand how the song order works for an IM user in your list?

 

For example when you click the music note for the first time, is that the first song you hear when you visit their page, and then each click to the right (or left?) is the subsequent order?

Scratch that question. I didn't realize clicking the Next button on the play played the next person in the user lists' song, lol.
