Myspace email form

Hi,

Im wanting to set up a form in myspace that will send information that a user enters to a specified email address. How would I do this?
I have tried multiple things and the closet I have got is having it open up a mail client with the information in the body of the email.

It would be better if I could get it to send the info automatically.
