Myspace Band/Music DIV

So I've done a few DIV's. But I just cannot figure out how to even begin coding something like this...

Anyone know if any good sites with tutorials or codes? I'm good with photoshop and slices and all that... I just need to know how to code it! If anyone could help I'd be forever in your debt. Or something like that =)
