I don’t cook much but when I do this is a good standby.....

Mustard Maple Salmon
3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
4 6 oz Salmon Fillet – without skin

Combine first five ingredients in zip top bag; add salmon. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill or broil fish until it flakes.

Re: Mustard Maple Salmon

I make a similar sauce for turkey legs in the crockpot.  Yum!  Never thought to do it on salmon, but it sounds delicious!

"How do you know I'm mad?" asked Alice.
"You must be", said the cat, "Or you wouldn't have come here"

Re: Mustard Maple Salmon

This sounds lovely!!!  Can't wait to try it when I get back to the states...salmon here costs around $27 for a tiny salmon steak.  And I like salmon and all, but not that much to pay $27 for it.

Some people are like slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
