lost password and email

i need to delete my myspace account but there's 2 really big problems, i cant remember the email address or the password i used....any help?

I have not receieved my email and password through myspace.
I need help . my websites was www.myspace.com/qtxbabyy please give me the answer as so as possisable.

i had sum1 change my email but they didnt do it right so now i dont know what my pw or my email is ne help??

So? You can't sign on to the account at all and you want to delete it. Is that what you're saying?
