I know there are oodles of MySpace layout "stealers" but are there any for LJ?

I found a layout that is perfect but I can't figure out how to use it on my page. Any suggestions, por favor?

I just right click on the page, go to "view source" and work out what is actually part of the layout. Takes time, but it works.
