Javascript Go-Around?

I'm not sure what this is or how it works, but I noticed it is part of the code I use for a Brad Paisley video I have embedded in my page. It's ".ora:hover" and I did a Google search to find out some details. I ended up at this site: http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/esdk/api1013/oracle/javatools/db/ora/package-tree.html

Does anybody know if ".ora:hover" can be used as a go-around for embedding Javascript in MySpace? Perhaps for use with Google Analytics?
