Java or javascript?
Been having problems with FireFox shutting down. TheGeek recommended I upgrade Java. I did. It's current. Now I'm having a problem with links in Javascript. When I hover over the link, in the bottom left where the URL should be, it says javascript:void(0)
Are java and javascript different? And is there something else I should update? Thanks!

Re: Java or javascript?
Javascript and Java are not closely related. They are distant cousins. So distant, that they could get legally married in any state in the union. Other then that, I don't have clue how to help you right now. But that might just be because it's late.

Re: Java or javascript?
A little more info. When i open the same page in Firefox using the IE tab, the link still reads javascript:void(0), but, when I click it, it works, whereas in Firefox nothing at all happens. Maybe that helps...
