i know that when you first sign up, it doesnt show what state you are from, but if you add your Occupation or something, then your state pops up on your page, is there anyway to get rid of it?
is there a code to hide what state youre from?

You can go to edit profile. Basic info. and remove the city. The state can be changed to a different state or there is an "all" option at the bottom of the list. Your country is a whole other issue. This would sorta do it and not have to use any code.
"I'm just like you only shorter."
You don't have to show the state, they have an 'ALL' selection available clear at the bottom of the states selection. It will just show ALL, United States instead of City/State.
i used this helpfull post http://grownupgeek.com/myspace-forums-hiding-last-login
scroll down to a post by preslie,
it lets you hide all ur info, or just your state if you want, even your last login. it also hides it in the search page when its a private profile, not just on your page, because it hides it with a pic in the headline. this may sound confusing but if you go to the post it explains it step by step. hope this helps.
i used that one, but it leaves a " in it, is there anyway to get rid of that?
it left an " for me too. don't know how to remove it.
<style type="text/css">
table tbody td table tbody tr td.text table {visibility:hidden;}
table tbody td table tbody tr td.text table table, table tbody td table tbody tr td.text table table tbody td.text {visibility:visible;}
</style>
I believe this is what I have. Not solid on it though. I all looks like after a while!
