is he using a tracker?

is this guy using a tracker when i found this on his page source?

From what you gave, I don’t see any sign of him using a tracker.  Every MySpace profile has the urchinTracker in it.  That doesn't mean that that there isn't a tracker in another part of his code that you didn't show.  But if that's the only part that you're worried about, I'd say you're good to go.

I read on another thread that the urchintracker thing is part of myspace and is on all our pages. If that information is correct, then no, he doesn't have a tracker.
