can you find someones IP address by their profile or profile ID?
im trying to figure out if this one persons profile is the same person using a fake profile
What determines whether you have a "static" or a "dynamic" IP? ~ Also, is it possible (in the event you have a static IP) to change your IP?

static (same IP # every time ) IP's are limited so there is normally an extra charge to have one, yes you can have a static IP changed but its like changing your phone number they charge you for that too
the dynamic IP is when the ISP just provides you with an IP from its pool because IP's are not limitless

There is also two different types of IP addresses:
Static IP addresses are the same every time you connect. dynamic IP addresses may change each time you connect to the network (e.g. Internet).

ip is assigned to u by your internet provider. usually u can find the area some one is located in with this information due to internet providers assaing certain ip address to certain area's
this in no way will tell u the address of where this person just the general location. its not always right ethier
u can port scan the ip address but thats for hacking and to determine which port are open on the computer so dont worry about it
