Invites and something strange

So I decided to make a Facebook account. I blocked Judy (fake names to help explain). I used the invite feature to invite a handful of friends.

Then I receive an email from Barb, whom I invited, asking me why Judy was showing up at the bottom of my invite and when you click Judys picture it takes them to my profile. My picture is at the top of the invite. I nearly threw up.

Thinking maybe it just adds a random profile at the bottom of the invite (hoping for some really ODD coincidence HA) I asked Irene, another friend, to invite Barb, who received the odd invite, because we both have the same blocked people. When Irene sent an invite to Barb, Judy ALONG with ME showed up in the invite.

What the hell.

I know pretty much nothing about Facebook. All I know at this point is their invite feature is crap I thought they had some awesome privacy settings...wrong! I look like a jackass sending that invite out!

Can anyone explain this to me?
