Invisible tracking?
I apologize if this subject is redundant...
I had a "mixmap tracker" and have a "realmyspace.com" tracker...
I am fairly new to all this so bear with me,
I checked, (in firefox), and sure enough, you could see the mixmap tracker. I liked that one because it seemed a bit more accurate...but the "realmyspace.com" one wasn't readily visible...at least that I could tell...so I kept it.
I wound up deleting the mixmap...if a novice, such as myself could catch in in the "safe" mode...well, yeah.
My question is, are there trackers that are truly invisible? Or at least without a picture? Like...what about if it used a word, or a letter? (instead of the picture or black box with text)...
If there are, are there ones that (at least seem to be) more or as realiable than the mixmap...the realmyspace tracker is rather, erm...lame.
I hope this makes sense...
thanks!

I didn't even think it was possible but i just tried this out:
if you use a picture that's only one pixel in size (1x1) then it doesn't show up in the "no styles" view. Unless you select it but even then it's hardly visible. Some trackers actually use 1 pixel pictures so that could be what you're looking for.
Of course they'll still show in the source & abp.
