My credit card was charged but I haven't been sent a email as to how to access the private forums. Can you help me?

Hi CatChick - I assure you, your credit card will not be charged if we don't upgrade your account (or it will be refunded, etc).
I have searched all of our orders, and your member-name does not appear on any of them.. What day did you place your order?
It hit my Discover card on 8/23/08.
Just noticed my username is catchick, that was the first acct name I had on here. I cancelled it a while back because I changed banks. My new username is trophywife. Maybe that is why I can't get access.
We do have an upgrade order for the member-name trophywife, and that account does have Premium Membership access.
Your trophywife account has premium access (it shows the premium member
badge)...
Have you tried logging into that account?

Your membership will be upgraded within 24 hours (or less) of completion of your order. After your account has been upgraded you will receive a "shipping confirmation" via email - you will then see the Premium forums listed at the top of our forums area as "Restricted Access Areas". NOTE: If you do not include your GrownUpGeek.com member-name/sign-in name, or if you provide an incorrect member-name/sign-in name, your membership upgrade will be delayed and may take longer than 24 hours.
If you are still not able to see the "Restricted Access Areas" 24 hours after upgrading, please send an email to Hubby@grownupgeek.com or post a message in our Issues and Problems forum. Credit card authorizations and membership upgrades are usually processed far faster than 24 hours, however in some cases it may be as long as 24 hours.
