How would I get someone's myspace acct closed or kicked off? Strictly hypothetically. Thanks.

if someone blocks you or reports you as spam do they delete your profile
They're supposed to check before they delete a spam one but I would say alot could get through b/c they have so many reported to them. They don't delete anyone for blocking though.
"True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing. And in knowing that you know nothing, that makes you the smartest of all."
At the bottom of the page on myspace is a link to report abuse. Obviously they won't delete a profile for no reason.
"I'm just like you only shorter."
if a person were reported for abuse, would myspace just simply delete it or would they contact that person? or would they have some sort of access to any history of communication between the two parties?
report them as spam over and over again.
email ms saying and use the word "abuse" as much as possible.
that is what i have heard before.
Would MS need any proof or can they acquire their own proof? Anyone know any definite info?
There is a girl that makes profiles making fun of a friend of mine. I have reported her many times (to the contact MS link on the bottom of the page) with the fake profiles friend ID, and everytime MS deletes her fake profile. MS has never asked me any questions about authenticity, they usually respond in a week. Honestly if I didn't know my friend I could not look at the girls fakies and say "Oh thats an imposter profile!", I guess they take your word for it. I have also included the friend ID of the girl(s) that make the profiles, but MS has never done anything with their real profiles (of course I wouldn't know if myspace sent them a warning tho).
So from what I can tell, if you use "report abuse", and tag it with "cyberbullying" or "imposter profile" they delete it. Otherwise they tell you to block the person.
Keep in mind if MS deletes the profile you report, and the person knows it's you, they could easily do the same to you.
hmmm, very interesting. So in this HYPOTHETICAL course of action, would anyone be interested in seeing how the process would work on a target? This could be an interesting LEARNING excercise. Email me directly.
I'm not sure how anyone could hypothetically report a profile for abuse... if there is no abuse to report tehy won't delete it because there is nothing wrong with the account.
I really don't think there is any point in learning about getting someones profile deleted I mean its simple. They go against terms, get reported and if myspace sees fit it gets deleted. If not then it stays, nothing to learn from that thats not already known. Not sure how learning about that would benifit anyone anyway except upset people who are using myspace.
If you havea problem with someone on there and its because of content then if you can't ignore it or its really offensive then report it, otherwise why bother with it?
thats not the question. the question is... will myspace actually know if there is abuse or not? if i were to report someone for whatever reason, would myspace be able to check into messages or comments sent from that person? or would they just assume that i am telling the truth and delete the account, no questions asked?
