It's for Hi5 profiles.
After having to remove the page style to see the profile more clearer (Firefox->View->Page Style->No Style) and experiencing increasing bemusement at what I believe to be a profile written in the Cyrillic alphabet (correct me if I'm wrong), this is a cut and paste of how to increase your |profile| views.

My personal opinion is that it looks like spam - somewhat.
