How to stop firefox from trying to install something

I run Firefox on my work computer, which I do not have admin rights to. I was trying to install Adobe Flash, but because I'm not an admin/power user, it can't install it. Everytime I open up Firefox, it keeps asking to install it. I want it to stop trying to install it. How do I get it to stop?

Ask your IT/submit a ticket to IT and have them install it. You really do want to have the most current version installed. its safer Smiling
