last seen 13 weeks 3 days agoHello. I've been having trouble signing into my myspace account. I keep receiving a message saying "email address does not exist"!! This is crazy because I haven't changed anything about my account...so I wrote myspace customer service and still haven't received any responses!!! It's been 2 months...come on!!! Does it usually take this long?? I even emailed privacy@myspace...because I believe I've been hacked!!! But that's hard to believe too...because I always make sure to periodically change my password...to avoid any hacking!!! 
Someone help me out!! How long should I wait for customer service?? I'm thinking about just giving up on myspace!!! If it's that easy to hack into someone's account...I don't want to be apart of it!
That's a dilemma too because I love myspace and I really don't want to have to create a whole new account!!! Any suggestions?
Even though you change your password, you must have signed in on a fake page at one time or another, thus handing over to them your account. Always make sure when you sign in, that your URL is www.myspace.com......Here's a link that will help you, and it also has a link to the dumb sounding 'salute' that LadyCerridwen mantions.....

This thread doesn't refer to quite the same problem that you're having, but the ridiculous sounding "myspace salute" might be what you'll wind up needing to do.
