I want to make a slide show with a few old pics and load it into my photos, i've seen other people with them as their profile pics. I guess it wouldn't actually be a slide show... but I have tried different ways of making a slide show and I can't change the file type to a gif., jpeg., etc. so that it can be loaded onto my photos. Does anyone know how or where I can go to make one of these? I've searched the site and haven't found any info on this... but i'm sorry if it has already been posted befor.

Myspace only allows .jpeg or .gif images to upload into their system for use under "My photos". What you're seeing is probably an animated .gif. Is it just a series of photos? Like a moving photo? Do a google search for ".gif animator", it allows you to insert several photos to make one .gif image. I use a program called "Easy .gif Animator". I suggest only knowledgable users try it though. If you put too many photos or it's too large, myspace won't accept the filesize. With animated .gifs, that's easy to do.
If someone has an *actual* slideshow as a default photo, they probably have .div profile.
To make a slideshow, the option exists under "My Photos" but the code goes on the profile itself - not as a default image. An actual slideshow will never be a jpg. or .gif.
Thanks so much...thats just the answer I was looking for. I knew they weren't actual slide shows, but I tried anyways.
