Honesty Box on Facebook
Re: Honesty Box on Facebook

I think there is a way of finding out, im not too sure yet cos i havent tried if out that much but if you go into your internet browser and go VIEW-->VIEW SOURCE CODE on you message page in Honesty box. A Wordedit file will open up with the html code. each different facebook account has its own serial number e.g. 0811488992450. I think that if you do CTRL+F and search a friends facebook number and if it doesnt return any results and they have honesty box then it was them... please post back once you have tried. I don't know how much this helps or if it helps at all, but to narrow down on who could be sending you those messages, first go to your Honesty Box application, then go to Friends with HB, this shows you who has it and who has the ability to send you a message. If the message is in blue, its from a guy so then just look at all the guys who have HB, and vice versa. Then, your email should have told you exactly what time the message was sent, this will narrow it down to the exact time sent, if it was a guy or girl and you can figure out the list of names, from here you just have to find out exactly which person..and I'm not sure how to get further than this.. Hey, I haven't read of any exploits on this application and I think people have to be in your friends list to message your honesty box. I'd firstly make sure everyone on your friends list is your friend as I think unless theres some way around it (there are on some applications) its a friend of yours. Applications like this are supposed to be anonymous so I think they made sure its more secure than perhaps some of the others so if you keep having problems the best and most effective thing to do is to get rid of the application all together, that way you'll have no more hastle. Also try reporting it to the people that made the application.
hope that helps,
