ingredients:

 

1/2 C honey
1 C heavy cream
1 1/2 C Irish whiskey
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

 

This is best if you make it a few days ahead and referigerate shaking it a few times a day.  Has a referigerator life of two weeks.

 

Top with homemade whipping cream and a shake of cinnamom, nutmeg or cocoa. You can also drizzle honey ontop if you like your Irish coffee sweet.

OMG...i have been sober since June 13th,2003..not a drop have i imbibed, but this recipe could easily give me a jolt to knock me off the wagon. boy, does it sound delicious!!! seriously, this is nowhere near enough to send me into relapse, but boy does it sound GOOD! juliek

try it with espresso instead of the whiskey.....It's what I drink when I decide not to have the liquor buzz.. sooo yummy
