un'efingbelievable. first the medical community blames video games.

now music. and the end result in each medical documented case: epilepsy.

are our children to grow up w/out games and in silence?

I knew hip hop could cause nausea, I didn't know about the epilepsy...

I saw this on the news last night, how bizarre!  I have a friend who has petit-mal seizures from repetitive noises, but the noise has to last for a while, not just the 4 minutes or so it takes to play a song.  Like, when we lived in the same building, she had one because someone's smoke detector was going off for over an hour.  Another time, I went upstairs to visit her, and she was out cold from a seizure, the city was working on our corner, and the noise from the jackhammers did it.  But, I've never seen her drop from a song.

Wonder what listening to country music causes? Family trees with no branches?   The urge to buy a pick up?

ah, yes. and listening to bach while in the womb will guarantee you the next baby einstein according to the latest studies! lets see, that would also mean that listening to chanting monk tunes.....yes, you've got the idea! eeks...i better go through my 10-yr olds iTunes list and remove spears Surprised!

OMG that is my problem.  I went thought a country music phase while pregnant with my middle kid and look at him now - he rides ATV, wears camo, hunts with dad and likes to shoot guns.  It's my fault I did this to my baby...roflmao  The only problem is that music doesn't add up with my other two kids.  Oh well....
