Hide in the sky what it can and cannot do PLEASE HELP a computer illiterate here!

I have posted HITS questions before and people are great but they are mentioning things out of my league like block lists and scripts. I have no clue what they are talking about. This is what I need to know. If you can explain it to me in a way that a total computer illiterate can understand I would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks for your time and patience. : )

1. I enter a private profiles friend URL in the thing, I hit get more profile information. Can this be somehow tracked back to me? I have already done this so there is nothing I can do to take it back now but, I am just trying to keep from worrying. : (

2. I hit check for trackers. This person's profile is private and it says no trackers found when I hit it. I am thinking that this means they do not have a tracker in their headline right? So if this HITS is correct I do not have to worry about how many times I went to their page to see if they changed anything or when they last logged in?

Basically what this boils down to is I am worried that somehow this will be traced back to me. But now I am thinking since I saw from HITS there were no trackers and the way that I am checking out to see if there were any changes etc. is to now use HITS instead of even going to myspace I think I should be okay right? Just worried. : (

You could also try reading the FAQs on my site. I say there that you can't be tracked by using the script. If the person has an IP tracker, my script can't be tracked back either.
