Another super easy way is when you go their page you see this in the URL
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=xxx
Just change "viewprofile" to "viewcomments" or "viewfriends" and it will take you right to it. (I put xx in the ID number part but you dont change anything there)
Please note this only works if the profile is not private

on fire fox just go up to view and scroll down to page style and click no page style
