I need some help to manualy resize some pictures to post on a message board using html. I've tried searching the web for codes, but none have come up that work on the msg board.
The msg board uses tags like this [img]-[/img] for its photos, so using a code like this:

<A HREF="paperboy.gif">
<IMG HEIGHT=50 WIDTH=50 SRC="paperboy.gif"></A>

won't work.

Can anyone help? Im trying to resize pictures to around 768 x 1024

Re: Help with manual resizing using [img] tags

Use the tags on one line and use "SRC" for the image file.

IE:

<img src="http://slappy.com/img/paperboy.jpg" width="200" height="150">

if your on Windows; you can use paintbrush. Which should be located at "%Windir%\System32\mspaint.exe" (just copy-paste it)

Use this site to make images smaller (like for an avatar)

Or you can use Picasa which is a free google tool
