Help for a beginner.

I got this layout off createblog.com. I like to change my layouts quite often. I got everything on there nice, but I cannot seem to add my own pictures. How do I get my photos on here. Let me know if u need anymore info. I am a beginner so please be patient with me.

Where do you want your photos? As you background or in the tables? In your blog?
