I bought a 32 inch Sony Digital Color flat screen with HDTV compatibility. Upon buying this, I was told to buy an HDMI cord to bring out the best HD quality of my PS3 games on my TV. I'm currently using the cord but the games look blurry. Could it be the game settings or tv settings? Do I need to purchase HD cable or something else that could possibly work? Someone please help!

Re: HD quality on PS3

Ok... so you have an HDMI cord correct? Plug that in the back of the TV while having the regular component cables (RED, White, Yellow) plugged in as well. Now go to Video X (Replace the X with whichever component hole you plugged into) Go to the PS3 settings, and go to the video output. Put it on the highest level that your TV supports (1080p, 1080i... etc.) It will say that it's going to blank out for couple seconds. Once it does, go to the Video Y ( the one you plugged your HDMI cable into) Voila! you're done.
